Niagara Parks Commission Adds SoloRider to Fleet
To Help Golfers with Limited Mobility Get Back in the Game

CENTENNIAL, COLO. (Nov. 1, 2007) - The Niagara Parks Commission's Legends on the Niagara, one of Canada's most popular public courses, has purchased a SoloRider golf car to help golfers with limited mobility get back in the game. Legends on the Niagara is one of the first golf complexes in Ontario to offer seniors and players with a disability access to a full round of golf through the use of a single-rider golf car.

"I was quickly sold on the idea of adding a SoloRider to our fleet," said Brian Moore, director of golf of the Niagara Parks Commission. "We felt strongly about providing a great product to our residents and making golf available to everyone that wanted to enjoy the game. The feedback from the community has been very positive and we hope to add additional SoloRiders in the future."

The SoloRider golf car, which was presented the 2006 Excellence in Achievement Award - New Product of the Year by the Association of Private Clubs and Directors, features ergonomically designed controls and a patented seat that rotates and lifts to help players hit their shots without leaving the comfort and safety of the vehicle. The car's even weight distribution and advanced suspension system make it safe to go on tees and greens without damaging the turf.

"There are 46 million disabled Americans, and approximately five million of them are candidates to play golf," said Roger Pretekin, president of SoloRider. "By making a single-rider golf car available, the Niagara Parks Commission is helping golfers get back in the game and bringing new players to the sport, which the game desperately needs."
