Growing Your Rounds and Revenue

For most golf course owners and operators, increasing rounds and revenue is a major challenge. The success of your venture is dependent on this growth in an increasingly competitive environment.

The golf participation at your course can be increased in three broad ways, 1) attracting non-golfers, 2) retaining your current golfers and 3) increasing the average number of rounds played per year. SoloRider can help in all three areas.

1. Attracting Non-Golfers
There are 6.8 million individuals in the United States with mobility impairments. Many continue to be vibrant, healthy individuals with a strong interest in sports and recreation. They play tennis, ski and compete in various races. Golf is ideally suited for these athletes. Are golf courses getting their share? Not yet.

Mobility impaired have been silent for many years. Most have given up playing golf again. Few are aware of the advances in technology that now make golf possible. The most important innovation is the SoloRider golf car. As more and more mobility impaired golfers become aware of the possibilities with of the SoloRider, you will see demand rise and participation increase at your course. Accessibility and encouragement will open a whole new market for your facility.

2. Retaining Existing Golfers
Over 3,000,000 golfers leave the game each year. Their reasons are varied and certainly include time restrains and cost. Many are seniors who leave for health reasons. These seniors are some of our more avid golfers and average playing 3 times more rounds than younger golfers. Many are lifetime golfers with available time and discretionary income. Some travel extensively and include golf in their travel plans.

If we can extend the golfing life of these seniors by a year or three, think of the immediate increase in our golfing rounds. Senior golfers are the “sweet spot” of our market.

SoloRider is the golf car that retains senior golfers.

3. Increasing the Frequency of Play
Some golfers are not able to play often due to a variety of health conditions. SoloRider can dramatically reduce the footsteps needed during a round of golf. Each golfing experience becomes more comfortable and recovery time shorter. For these golfers, SoloRider increases frequency of play and allow golfers to play more on consecutive days. As in most businesses:

Growth opportunities are strongest with your best customers.

next: Membership Retention
